Certificate Information
This 10-week certificate course covers critical skills required for leading successful projects. Learning activities include: reading, watching video lectures via the Internet (streaming video), participating in asynchronous online discussion boards, taking online quizzes, and completing assignments related to a case study. You will have the opportunity for live coaching through email, phone, or online chat with your Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt instructor as well as with your fellow participants in the course.
Time involved to successfully complete the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate is approximately 45 hours, which includes about 25 hours of viewing video lectures and 20 hours of other coursework.
