When I sign up with The College Network®, am I automatically enrolled with the college that is granting my degree?
No. Enrollment into each college is a separate process, and it requires that a separate fee be paid. The College Network provides customers with the materials and support they need to earn credits toward their degree through our Academic Support team and our Comprehensive Learning Modules™.

I am confused. I thought I was financing "everything" with The College Network, including exam fees, tuition costs, and clinical fees.
The financial institutions that we work with only finance Comprehensive Learning Modules. The College Network does cover your exam fees, however. Click on The "testing info" tab in the menu above to learn more. If any additional funds are needed to cover other educational costs, your university may be contacted for financial aid/loan opportunities. A personal loan with one of the lending companies may be considered as well.

Is The College Network accredited?
No. The College Network is an eLearning company that produces educational materials to help you pass end-of-course equivalency exams. We are not a school and therefore are not accredited. However, the school granting your degree should be accredited by at least one of the seven major regional accreditation bodies.

How long do I have to complete The College Network program?
The College Network program can be completed at your own pace. This means that you can take the amount of time you need to complete your Comprehensive Learning Modules, and we will update any outdated material for you as needed. However, our partner universities may have certain time restrictions, so if you need to take an extended amount of time away from the program, contact the school granting your degree to find out if there are any time restrictions.

How does the course analysis process work?
One of the most important things we do for our customers is the unofficial course analysis. This allows customers to know what Comprehensive Learning Modules they will need to complete their degree program. If you do not have previous college credit, no transcripts will need to be requested, and your evaluation should be completed soon after your paperwork arrives.

If you do have previous college credit, you should have filled out a transcript request form for each school you attended. The Academic Support department is responsible for requesting your transcripts. Academic Support will send for your transcripts and perform periodic follow-up to ensure that the transcripts are received in a timely manner. You may call in at any time to check on the status of your course analysis.

What circumstances can delay my course analysis?
If your account at a previously attended school is on hold due to an unpaid balance, you will be responsible for paying that balance before we can obtain your transcripts. If you do have a hold on your account at a school, Academic Support will send you a letter stating your course analysis will not be completed until the hold is resolved and we receive that transcript.

Also, your course analysis can be delayed if no record of your attendance is found at the school. This can be avoided by making sure you fill out your transcript request forms accurately and completely. Always include your dates of attendance or any other information you think may be helpful.

What if I attended school outside the United States?
If you have credit from outside the United States, you will need to have it reviewed by a foreign evaluation service. Each school requires a specific foreign evaluation service, so make sure you check with your Program Advisor or call Academic Support  at 1-800-634-1443 to ensure you are using the appropriate service for your degree program. It will be your responsibility to contact the right evaluation service, pay any fee required to have the evaluation completed, and have the results sent to The College Network for our preliminary course analysis specific to your chosen degree program. International evaluation services can take longer to receive, so please be patient if you are in this situation.

I need to update my financial information. Can Academic Support help me with that?
If you need to update financial information, make a payment, or obtain balance information, you can contact Financial Services at 1-877-828-0410 unless you are an Oak Rock or United First Federal customer. Customers of Oak Rock need to call 1-877-225-3828 and customers of United First Federal should contact 1-800-201-7026.
